Project Overview: The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of office space for the Research Park Management team, including modifications to the office layout and upgrades to lighting, small power, data, and fire detection systems.

The installation of a new, modern tea point and breakout area were introduced and acoustic wall panels, fixtures and fitting were strategically placed to create different zones that would not negatively impact other working areas, whilst maintaining an “open plan” feel.

This was a standard contract with contractor design elements.
