Internal refurbishment works to the first-floor office accommodation at Willow House for BT Mainline.The project consisted of refurbishing the whole 1st floor area to enable occupation by a new tenant. The finishes were designed by an interior designer and featured bespoke details. The comprehensive refurbishment involved power modifications, new kitchen, new solid and glazed partitioning, new flooring, modifications to the lighting, fire alarm and ventilation systems, new timber cladding and bespoke acoustic screens.
