The project involved the fit out of a Grade II listed building within Birmingham city centre to accommodate an Architectural practice who were relocating.

The works included a full M&E installation, shot blasting of existing feature beams, walls and steelwork, new mezzanine and staircase, wall linings and feature ceilings throughout. WC and kitchen installations and finishes to the new tenants specification.

The project was completed on time, within budget, and more importantly, to the extremely high standards set by the Architects who were also the new tenants.
