The Story So Far

GTH Construction was founded back in 1991. Whilst we are currently based in Solihull in the West Midlands, we offer national coverage working on a wide variety of contracts ranging from small works at £5,000 to major refurbishments at over £10 million. Since starting out, we have proudly grown from a small company to the market leaders we are today.

Over time, we have developed our internal structure to focus on the needs of our clients, whilst also extensively training our employees to create a strong health and safety culture. Alongside this, our workforce is employed to cover all the basic trades at a high level of workmanship and any specialist sub-contract trades used are established tried and tested companies that we are confident will offer equally high standards.

Our Services

Interior Design and Project Development

We have the in-house expertise and years of experience in building refurbishment to deliver our clients visions and aspirations. Whether it be design and build or assisting with design development, we have the core skills and design networks in order to provide efficient and cost-effective tailored services for our clients. Utilising our bespoke team, we will help develop the client’s brief, work with key suppliers (both on our side and client’s side), provide innovation and best value recommendations to assist getting the client’s project from inception to handover and beyond, with great success and streamlined service. 

Project Management

Our contracts and project managers are all qualified and hold extensive experience in delivery of refurbishment projects. The team has been developed with strategies in mind with all managers owning a cross section of diverse skills. This facilitates broad knowledge of all the key sectors we work in so we can draw on that expertise and provide a bespoke team to each client we work with. 

Commercial Services 

Our Commercial Team are all qualified quantity surveyors with extensive experience and knowledge in each key sector we work in. The team has been carefully developed over many years and all staff have been with the business for 10 years or more. These combined skillsets mean that we can offer each individual client a bespoke commercial service which includes project feasibility assessments, budget analysis and forecasting, project cashflows and contract management services. We also offer innovation and value engineering advice based on years of experience and current market knowledge in order to provide best value and affordability for our customers. 

Procore Project Management Software 

Over the last 3 years, the business has invested in this cutting edge, internationally recognised Project Management Software which assists our managers in delivering a precise and streamlined contract service. We have experienced significant benefits in the way projects can be delivered using this extremely efficient management system, allowing workflows to be shared easily and live project data available at the click of a button on either desktop or mobile devices.


We have an in-house fully qualified BIM Coordinator who can work alongside designers and client representatives, assisting in the Management of BIM deliverables on any project. We also supply the following: 

• In house capabilities for 3D point cloud data capturing. We have invested in the required scanning equipment in order to carry out these services for clients.

• Coordination & production of validated, multi discipline models to suit Clients bespoke BIM requirements

The BIM deliverables are managed as such to capture all of our own design information to pass onto sub-contractors to complete these works, this is then designed using the software which is passed on to our clients.

Operating and Maintenance Information – Health and Safety Files

We are able to provide a specialised in-house service for the collation and production of project O&M’s and HSF documents. We have a dedicated office-based team who collaborate with all sub-contractors and suppliers to bring together these crucial handover documents in line with CDM requirements as Principal Contractor. We have our own standard structured system for presenting this information or we can adapt formats to our client’s needs. We also work alongside Principal Designers to develop fully fleshed out documents that provide our customers with complete sets of building information from completed projects.
