Through this team’s wealth of experience, we have developed robust risk management techniques and safe systems of work, underpinned by our ISO 45001 accreditation strategies. We know how crucial it is to deliver extremely safe and snag-free schemes so that you, our client, don’t need to worry or deal with any unnecessary issues both during or after the construction period.
We also work in partnership with a significantly specialised supply chain in the education sector. Forging and developing this supply chain over many years has allowed us to assist universities with their specification requirements to achieve key deliverables in relatively short timescales by working around the clock.
Build Higher Framework
At GTH, we successfully joined the BHF circa 5 years ago following a tender selection process. The Build Higher Framework is a construction framework developed by the University of Birmingham to improve and enhance higher education facilities across the UK. The framework has routes for procuring construction, architecture and surveying services across three value bands. The purpose of the framework is to deliver an efficient and compliant route to market for participating higher education institutes, by minimizing the resource and providing value for money.
To save you time and money by reducing procurement stages, this framework can be utilised by any University within the Higher Education Sector, nationally. Please get in touch for more information, you can also learn more by visiting: Build Higher Frameworks – University of Birmingham.
Very good comms given the short turn-around of this scheme. Excellent site management despite the quick mobilisation. As always, very few snags however dealt with in a timely manner
