Project Overview: Strip-out and complete retail fit-out of existing branch. Works included new lift, MEP modifications and new installations, shop front glazing, new bespoke joinery, ceilings, flooring, toilets, kitchen and decorations. The scope also included new front of house customer services facilities in line with corporate standards and specifications. This was a design and build project delivered in an extremely tight timeframe to minimise reduction of branch services.
