University of Birmingham (UoB) – Build Higher Framework

We continue to work in partnership with this longstanding client delivering Higher Education refurbishment projects. We are continually involved in their estates development and have successfully delivered multiple projects over the last few years ranging from minor works of a few of tens of thousands up to £6million. The Build Higher Framework is a fantastic opportunity for all involved to work in collaboration with each other and provide high standards with continuity. The benefits of this framework are being realised and it has provided best value for the University whilst achieving their exceptionally high quality standards. This should continue for several years to come and we look forward to working with and retaining this prestigious client....

British Telecom (BT) – ongoing workstream

We continue to deliver multiple commercial projects of varying values with BT and CBRE. We are currently on site with numerous schemes and have agreed plans throughout 2025 – 2026 for more works. This relationship has developed into a strong professional partnership, providing excellent value and construction quality. We have a dedicated Contracts Team working continually with BT and the their delivery partners to provide absolute continuity and familiarisation. We hope this continues long into the future....

Birmingham City University (BCU) – continued opportunities

We have successfully delivered several varying value projects in the last period with more in the pipeline. We have forged a specific delivery team to help the BCU deliver with continuity and best value. The familiarisation of the teams assists turnaround and efficiency, often working to tight timeframes and challenging circumstances in live buildings. This personalised approach is what helps all parties consistently deliver on time and within budget. We aim to continue this relationship by offering reliable services and working collaboratively with their delivery teams....

Faithful+Gould Plc (F+G) Part of the Atkins SNC Lavalin Group

F+G - Atkins have been another excellent, long-term client to GTH which has been built on strong relationships and a history of successful projects. As a result of this, in the summer of 2021, we tendered for and were successful on F+G-Atkins new Midlands HQ in Chamberlain Square, Paradise, Birmingham. This was a D&B project to be delivered in a short programme, so it was efficiently developed and the fit-out completed during the Autumn-Winter period of 2021. Again, this was another fantastic opportunity with varying challenges which were collectively overcome to produce an amazing office space for their staff. Another high-end, high-profile project delivered successfully within the required timescales and budget. Having successfully delivered PwC’s Birmingham Office Project at Paradise Circus in 2019, we then also delivered their Watford Office Project in 2020. We are extremely proud to have worked on these last 2 schemes and very much look forward to further opportunities with this excellent client....

Over the last couple of years since releasing updates, we have completed several prestigious projects and handed over successfully; comprehensively hitting the client’s key objectives. We have a continued presence on site with various live projects ongoing whilst tendering for further opportunities. We are extremely proud to have delivered several HE projects and hope to have ongoing secured workload with one of our key clients who we have worked with for around a decade. One of GTH’s key clients is British Telecom and the business is experiencing continued success with various projects either ongoing or currently being tendered. Certain projects have now resumed following the Coronavirus epidemic lockdown and new projects are starting on site during the summer and into Autumn. BT are an excellent, reliable client to work with and we are hoping to secure more opportunities in due course to continue the business relationship....
