ENVIRONMENTAL AND TRAINING
At GTH we are acutely aware of the significance of the Environmental Impact of the Construction Industry and the need for all businesses to target net zero emissions. We are continually assessing interim carbon reduction targets across the entire value chain and auditing performance records to ensure compliance. We are currently looking to achieve a target of 80% recycling rate and zero waste to landfill by 2030. In order to drive environmental change and results we are training all of our Management Staff in Environmental qualifications led by Astutis who are an international leader in workplace health, safety and the environment, and proud to be a NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner. The entire team are continually trained and assessed in all facets of construction including but not limited to; Environmental, CDM, First Aid, Site Safety Training, Fire Risk / Marshalling, Risk Assessing, Asbestos Awareness, Mental Health Awareness and many more. We have an extensive database of training requirements which all staff are qualified in dependant on their role within the business.
